Who we are: Tartas y Natas S.L., an artisan bakery based in Seville, Spain (CIF B56179237, Calle Memphis 13 1D, 41007 Seville).

What we collect: when you request a custom-cake quote, place an order, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically name, phone number and email — to manage that order or reply to you. Our custom-cake quote form has one optional field, date of birth, used only to send a birthday greeting and, in aggregate, to understand our customers better; leaving it blank never affects your order.

How we use it: solely to process orders and quotes, respond to enquiries, and, only if you opted in, send occasional offers. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed securely by Redsys; we do not store your card details.
